What are the packages available?
We have three packages to cater for Malaysian educators. Our low affordable pricing is to spur more creative course creation among Malaysian educators. Check out our pricing page.
How long is the trial period?
Free trial period is for 14-days. You will receive email to notify pending expiry of trial period and your account page will show details to make online payment to continue subscription.
Can I switch or cancel membership any time?
You may change (upgrade or downgrade) membership package or cancel at any time. Do note it will take into effect during next renewal period.
Your course materials and any other data belongs solely to you. Our platform is secured with SSL (secure connection) and hosted on secure cloud solution.
Are payments safe on this platform?
Yes. We use third party payment gateway, namely Stripe (for subscription automation) and SenangPay (for one-time purchase). To ensure increased safety, we do not host/save any card information in our server.
We support automated payment credited into your bank directly every 14 days (if balance is more than RM 1,000) or every 30 days. ‘Paypal payout’ support may be added at later stage.
Just update your profile with your bank account details.
Note : There will be no course selling or credit transfer during trial period.
Different packages carries different transaction fee which is used to support the platform and integration. 3% – 5% of the fee goes to bank/payment gateway while the rest is used to support the platform.
Our “Center” package offers lowest fee of 5% which primarily covers payment gateway charges.
Banks / Payment gateways typically charges finance fee between 3% to 5% depending on payment method. To avoid confusion, Schoola absorbs this charges within the “platform transaction fee”. So you will not have to worry and there will be no additional hidden cost incurred!
