How long is my trial period? What happens next?
Free trial period is for 14-days. You will receive email to notify pending expiry of trial period and your account page will show details to make online payment to continue subscription.
Who owns my Data? How safe is it?
Your course materials and any other data belongs solely to you. Our platform is secured with SSL and hosted on secure cloud solution.
What is transaction fee?
Different packages carries different transaction fee which is used to support the platform and integration. 3% – 5% of the fee goes to bank/payment gateway while the rest is used to support the platform.
Our “Center” package offers lowest fee of 5% which primarily covers payment gateway charge.
Is there bank / payment gateway fee?
Banks and Payment gateways typically charge anywhere between 3% to 5% depending on payment method. To avoid confusion, Schoola absorbs this charges within the “transaction fee”. So you will not have to worry and there will be no additional hidden cost incurred!
How do I get paid?
Just update your profile with your bank account details. For now, we support automated payment credited into your bank directly every 14 days (if balance is more than RM 1,000) or 30 days. ‘Paypal payout’ support may be added at later stage.
Note : There will be no course selling or credit transfer during trial period.
How do I learn how to use the platform?
Once sign up, you will be enrolled into a tutorial course as a guide to use Schoola. We also have Knowledge Base to support you. Our support team is also reachable to assist you.
Can I switch package, or cancel it at any time?
You can change (upgrade or downgrade) membership package or cancel at any time. Do note it will take into effect during next renewal period.
